The Brighton Cultural Arts Commission is pleased to announce the “cultural arts champions” in our community who will be recognized with the Excellence in Arts Awards. These individuals were recognized at the Brighton Excellence of Arts Ceremony on Monday, October 9, 2017 at Eagle View Adult Center.
