[ARCHIVED] Parks and Recreation looking to hire for seasonal positions


Are you looking for a job for the summer? Come work for the City of Brighton’s Parks and Recreation Department and receive a $250 end-of-season bonus! Open seasonal positions include lifeguards and swim instructors (free training provided) starting now at $16 per hour, summer camp staff workers and van drivers, seasonal parks workers, fitness instructors, personal trainers and more. To see detailed descriptions, pay and other details of the positions, please visit and search the specific position you are interested in. 

Seasonal employees will also be eligible for the following benefits: A Wellness Pass to the Recreation Center for the entire family (free entry, use of the weight rooms, open gym, open swim and all drop in fitness classes), 50-percent off of youth sport programming, and half off rentals of the Recreation Center’s Community Room and shelters.

Positions advertised remain open until filled.
