The Human Resources department serves as a consultant, partner, and adviser to the City leadership, department directors, and employees on a wide range of issues and essential human resource functions including recruitment, benefits, employee relations, and legal compliance. We promote the professional development of employees in a positive, inclusive, equitable, and healthy work environment.
