The City Prosecutors are part of the City Attorney’s Office and represent the City of Brighton on all municipal court related matters.

Entry of Appearance:
Attorneys representing a defendant in municipal court may email their Entry of Appearance, in lieu of mailing, to the legal assistant. A copy must still be filed with the municipal court.
