Board of Adjustment (BOA)
The next Board of Adjustment meeting is scheduled for Thursday, February 12, 2026. Find the Board of Adjustment agenda here.
When scheduled, meetings will commence immediately following the Planning Commission meeting which starts at 6 p.m. in the 1st floor Council Chamber at City Hall.
Currently, the Planning Commission is the acting Board of Adjustment.
The function of this board is to act as the final decision maker in certain land use matters, interpret the terms and conditions of the Land Use and Development Code, hear appeals from any order, requirement, decision, or determination made by a City official or employee charged with enforcement of the regulations of the codes. The Board has jurisdiction to review and make decisions regarding variances and special uses. Meetings are open to the public. Meetings are held:
- 6 p.m. or immediately following a Planning Commission meeting
- Second and fourth Thursday of the month, as needed
- City Hall, 1st Floor (unless otherwise noted)
