Utilities Customer Service 

Our staff currently serve over 12,000 water meter accounts. We provide readings of water meters and produce water, wastewater and storm drainage bills for customers. We make every attempt to answer each telephone call, but if you get our voice mail, please leave a message and we will get back to you just as soon as we can.

Mission Statement

The Utility Customer Service Division is responsible for generating utility bills for water, wastewater and storm drainage services and for providing customer assistance for customers who may have questions about their bills. It is our goal to provide friendly, professional service to our customers.

Effective April 1, 2024 the City of Brighton has adopted new utility rates for water and wastewater services, along with a new residential water use tier structure. The new rates and tier structure are being set to ensure the City's utilities department can continue to provide quality water and wastewater services.
