• Click here to enroll in Paperless Statements: In an effort to promote sustainability and improve the environmental well-being of the community, the City of Brighton encourages customers to sign-up paperless. Thank you for helping us do our part for the environment. 

• Click here for E-Bill Express Online Platform: Use this platform to view your bills, make payments and sign up for notifications. You can use this option to sign up for automatic payments using a credit/debit card. Note that payments made in-person, by check or with a representative over the phone may not be reflected on this platform. 

• Call 877-421-2029 for the Automatic Payment System: You can make a payment over the phone using the automatic system at any time by calling 877-421-2029 . Note that this system will ask for your City of Brighton Water Account number twice. 

• Click here to download the Direct Pay form: Utility bills can automatically be deducted from your bank account through this option. Call our office at 303-655-2009 to request a Direct Form must be received with a voided check or bank statement not more than three (3) months old that confirms the accountholder's name, account type, account number and routing number. . The amount due is taken out of your account on the your statement's due date.

• Mail: You can mail a check to the City's Lockbox. Checks go directly to the City's bank that processes the check, deposits the funds to the City's account, and forwards the information so that the payment can be posted to your account. If you are trying to avoid shut-off or make a quick payment we recommend you DO NOT use this option as there is a delay in your payment being processed and posted to your account.

Please note Lockbox is NOT for hydrant meter deposit and fees; these are handled by the Community Development Department.

• City Hall Drop Box: You can drop a check in the drop box located outside City Hall at any time. The box is located outside across the main entrance next to the ballot box and post office box. Please no cash in the drop box. Drop box payments are processed the next business days. 

• In-person: Stop by our office located at Brighton City Hall, 500 S 4th Ave, Monday - Friday between 8 am and 5 pm MST. Closed Thursdays from 1pm to 3pm MST. Cash is only accepted in person. You can also pay via check, or credit/debit card.
